East Antrim v President's XI
This event has been fairly well nailed down. The Paul Cooke sessions will go ahead as planned, the Mayor will be in attendance and photographers will have their cameras at the ready. The Ulster Branch President's XI has been announced and is a very strong squad... Contrary to recent Newspaper reports, Paul Cooke will 'not' be playing in green on the day!
Uddingston Tour
Although flights have been amended due to the easyJet/Go merger, all system are still go. A single match against the might of Uddingston will be played on Saturday 7th September and thank you gifts have been purchased.
Centennial Book
The first print of the book has been supplied by Edenderry Print and looks mighty fine. One or two small adjustments are under way and the Launch Date target of late September is on track.
Centenary Dinner
The Ulster Branch President, Ronnie Blair, and the Irish Hockey Association President, John Smyth, have both confirmed that they will attend our formal Dinner Dance. The disco has been booked and 'short' speeches are currently being written.
