East Antrim Hockey Club has a long and close relationship with Belfast Royal Academy - many of our current and former players gained their education at that fine institution.
But today, we have to say congratulations to Ballymena Academy who defeated Belfast Royal Academy in the Schools Cup Final. At least we at East Antrim can take some joy from the County Antrim school’s win as their team manager is none other than our very own Tom Morrison (whose son, by the way, won the Man of the Match award).
