Selection for the centennial match against Down has been finalised...
A final team for this weekend's Centennial match against the might of Down has been chosen. Remember though, for the event to be a success, everyone should attend and SHOW their support. Also, don't forget that there will be free beer, soup and sandwiches in the Crown & Shamrock Public House afterwards. So... everyone get along to the Valley Leisure Centre for a 2:30pm SHARP.
19th century stick-on moustaches have been acquired for each player... so, if possible, ensure you are clean shaven for the day. We want to look our best for the cameras...
So... the following players are requested to have their kit washed and ironed for Saturday 20th. They are requested to be at the Valley Leisure Centre at 1:30pm for the usual photo opportunities. Everyone, however, is invited to attend the post-match reception at the Crown & Shamrock at 5pm.
