Alan Burgess, Neal Hermon and Stephen Swann have completed their preliminary work on a Club Development Plan. Covering a wide range of Club issues, the Plan will enable the current (and future) committees to follow a set of actions in ORDER to achieve the Club's targets.
The "Plan" has been written up and will be presented to the Executive Committee at its next meeting (6th February) for approval. Upon approval, each Club member will receive a copy.
The document, however, will never be "complete". Such documents will be regularly reviewed and updated to reflect both progress and changes in Club policy.
