The June Committee meeting was a lengthy affair...

The following decisions were taken at the Executive Committee Meeting held on 13th June:

Sponsored Cycle ride date set for the 25th August.

Shirts for the forthcoming season will be TK hockey shirts, numbered 2-50 in bottle green. They will cost circa £20.

The club will affiliate with the Academy Sports club for the coming season in ORDER to avail of their facilities.

The Centenary Tour is going ahead with 13 travellers confirmed so far.

Pre-Season fitness training will begin on Monday 15th July, 7pm-8:30pm - venue to be arranged.

Pre-Season fitness training will also take place each Wednesday evening, beginning on the 17th July.

Skills work will begin at Ballysillan on 20th August.

Other points of note were that both Carson Clarke and John Waring congratulated the club on reaching its centenary at the recent Ulster Branch AGM. Also at the same meeting though, the branch informed all clubs that affiliation fees would increase this season! Eddie Baird became the first full member of the club this term when he produced three ten pound notes at the meeting!

Alan Murphy is attempting to put together a veterans team to take part in the Mossley tournament - 5th July. All vets should contact Murph directly...

The date of the next meeting was confirmed as 4th July.
