Paul Cooke has kindly agreed to take a "follow-up" coaching session tonight at U.U.J.
The timing couldn't be better after a poor run of results by the 1st XI. Indeed, Paul himself could do with a diversion FROM his normal coaching responsibilities at Ballymoney Ladies following their 5-1 mauling at the hands of Belfast Harlequins!
Hopefully Paul can inject that missing component to turn competent performances INTO match-winning ones?
