Friday 13th saw Stephen Swann's return to the Emerald Isle FROM the Glasgow tour after a short detour to London. Unfortunately, the same could not be said of his sticks.
Is Friday 13th a cursed day? Well... someone had already checked-in as Stephen Swann by the time Stephen had made it to the check-in desk. Then he saw his sticks make their way to the baggage handlers who must've had some fun with them as they did not appear at Belfast City airport.
Phone calls on Friday evening suggested that BMI had no idea where the sticks where. Saturday morning (hours FROM a match against South Antrim)... still no sticks... still not found.
Thankfully, however, the sticks have finally made their way to Glengormley although BMI have not yet provided any information as to where the sticks where found!
