Those that have been able to get themselves along to pres-season training will have noticed that the pitch at Ballysillan is starting to SHOW signs of wear and tear.
The good news, however, is that the "plastic surgeons" arrived at the ground today to give the pitch a face-lift. Some stretching, patching and kneedle-work was involved and the pitch should be in a better condition for next Tuesday's training session.
