This course is aimed at young people who wish to gain knowledge on the rules and umpiring and see the potential and opportunities of an umpiring career. This course will take place at NICS on the 18th and 19th August 2004. The cost of the course is £20 made payable to "Ulster Hockey Development" It is available to boys and girls aged 16 and over. The tutor will be Richard Ewart The course is based in the class room in the mornings with practical umpiring each afternoon.
The course starts at 9.30am both days and finishes at 4pm. Please note that you MUST attend all of the course.
