By Jack This was our first league match of the season and even though it was to be played on gravel we were heading into the game positively after previous results! Things didn’t get of to the best start with pablo unable to play so george stepped up to take over goalkeeping duties and to his credit done more than what was expected from him! From the start of the match things were going well with us having most of the play but unable to convert any chances that we had!Finally we managed to win a short corner from which we scored through a straight shot to the keepers right by davy menaul! After our goal we had more play but the same problem come around.Lack of put teams away! At the start of the second half Saintfield come out with a purpose to which we could only hold out to for a short time!Their goals came from our inability to keep our concentration for a whole 70 minutes and to be able to do the good things we do from one half to the other! This saturday gives us the chance to get our first points on the board but only if we play for the whole match not just patches here and there!
