We lined out with probably one of the strongest 11\'s we will all season. On a fairly awful afternoon we went 1-0 up within the first few mins after some clinical passing. Another followed quickly after, again an incisive move. 2-0 up after only 6 or 7 mins things looked promising and it I think we thought it was goin to be an easy ride from here. Although we continued to play some good hockey to the end of the first half chances were not converted to widen the margain.

Turning for the second half we let our concentration slip by conceeding simple poession which led to a cookstown goal. We then showed some good bouncebackability with a delicate (some might say lucky) chip over the keeper from menaul. We conceeded again leaving us 3-2 ahead and cookstown pumped up. From then on we defended well and Cookie made some good saves that keep us in the lead.

With now 2 wins in 3 this leaves us with good confidence and we hope to continue this run and push up the league.
