Heading on to the field with a reasonable team and with more than one sub for the first time his season the lads were full of hope that could grab a win. And after 10 minutes already about 2-0 down the captain was forced the leave the pitch to recieve treatment on a blow to the mouth things didnt look good. And things got worse mid-way through the first half the heart of the midfield Eddie left the field of play after some fair words with the umpire. Luckily Eddie had decided to leave the field before the umpire took action. Although still with 11 men we didnt get much better and then when the elder Mckenna took a short rest on the sidelines after one of his usual outbursts at the umpire.
