Losing the likes of Aaron Young, Stevie Nicholl, Gordon Gillespie, Soupy Campbell, Clarke Stockman, Scott Jamison, Eddie Baird, Anthony Bannon, Andrew Bell and Andrew Blair would be bearable on an individual basis. When all 10 are unavailable for selection and Neil Johnston fails to show... you know that you are going to be up against it.

To be fair to the kids that came along and ensured that the fixture was completed, they worked hard and kept Mossley at bay for long periods.

Michael McKenna was a revelation up front! George Tumilson was as solid as a rock (as usual).

But the physical presence of the Mosley team was always going to count in the end.

2-0 at half-time to the home team became 5-0 at full time. But at least the kids did not disgrace themselves.

Well done everyone for what turned out to be a good gritty performance.
